MOOCs and Open Education Around the World is a book which talks about topics having to do with open education resources (OERs) and massive open online courses (MOOCs). New advancements in online learning technology are making it possible for learners in all parts of the world to be participants in online courses. MOOC courses are free but do not lead to formal accreditation. Infrastructure, marketing, pedagogy, and assessment are some of the areas where questions about MOOCs and other forms of open education persist.
