MOOCs and Open Education Around the World is a book which explores issues having to do with open education resources (OER) and massively open online courses (MOOCs). The latest developments in digital education technology make it possible for learners in all parts of the world to be participants in classes via the Internet. These massive open courses are ordinarily free for learners but do not always lead to formal accreditation.
